The sessions are tailored to each client's requirements and various types of therapy are used according to the ability of the client.
Examples of techniques used are Suggestion Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic-Programming, Parts Therapy,Regression work where appropriate and the use of Metaphor, Counselling and Past Life Regression, Inner Child work to heal past parenting problems and these are applied within a programme that is decided upon between client and therapist. Ann will always give you her very best attention and ensure that you are supported at all times during your session.

Hypnosis is a concentration of attention on one thing, mainly the voice of the Therapist. Ann uses the very latest technology to make this so much easier for the client to concentrate. Gentle relaxing music and the words and phrases used enable the client to drift down into the state of hypnosis. The feeling is of complete relaxation and is a very pleasant experience. The therapeutic work is done when the client is at this level. The mind is open to positive suggestions at this point. No one would ever do anything that they did not want to do. There are no issues of the mind being taken over by another, or that the state of Hypnosis would remain after the session was finished. Ann is very sure that when the client is ready to leave that they are as alert as when they arrived. Sadly a lot of the negative information around is written by people who do not understand what takes place during a session.

Ann also makes her own CD's which can reinforce the suggestions made during the session. These are particularly useful for smoking cessation, confidence, pregnancy and relaxation after a stressful day.
